Bulk Mail Compensation Scheme (BMCS) Reviewed

 The current scheme was set up with Postcomm in 2003 but that arrangement is due to end in March 2010.

The scheme has now been reviewed to make it clearer and easier to understand.

Royal Mail have assured their customers that under the new terms they still hold themselves to the same high standards of service, and if they ever fail to meet their delivery targets customers will be paid fairly, and with the minimum of fuss.
