What is Walksort?

If you send large volumes of mail throughout the UK, or if you send bulk mail to specific areas or locations, then Walksort® can save you money. If all your addresses have accurate postcodes and we do some of the sorting normally done by Royal Mail, you could save up to 36% off full business postage costs.

You can use Walksort if your mailings meet the following criteria:

• Minimum mailing size is 4000 letters or 1000 Large Letters or A3 Packets
• 2000 letters if you mailing to and from a specific single postcode area
• Your mail items are 100% fully and accurately postcoded
• All mailings must meet a penetration level of at least 10% of households in the coverage area
• Mail is sorted using a valid Walksort database – it will be if we are doing this for you !
• And we produce a Computer Planning Report (CPR) and a Line Listing for every mailing
