Machine Enclosing

We have invested in the latest high speed CMC Papermail inserting machines. 

We can handle all sizes DL-C4.

These machines can handle all appropriate mailings from 4,000 - 80,000 a day; so that your jobs get turned around on time every time.

Hand Enclosing Team

Designer came up with something a bit different? Our experienced team can take care of any enclosing which can't go on the machines.

Smaller, targeted mailings?  We can handle any mailing of any size at a cost effective rate.

Polythene Enclosing

6 Station CMC Ritmica Polywrapping machine, for any medium to large poly jobs. Uses plain or printed film, with registration, and any unwind code. Inkjet pre or post wrap if required.

Any type of polybagging taken care of by our hand enclosing team.

Inkjet

Imaje Classic - solvent based on / off line printer which will do 8 lines of address onto virtually any substrate including high gloss.

Buskro Atlas - Twin head 600 DPI printer can take care of address, PPI & return address in 1 pass. Logo's and graphics too.

Laser Printing

Multiple 50 ppm laser printers with central controller for small to large print runs.

Folding

GUK SAF 35 - A3 4 fold vacuum fed.

Specialist folding available locally, managed for you by us.

Into The Post

Collections from Uni-Mail go straight to the Royal Mail's National Distribution Centre at Daventry ensuring a seamless entry into the postal system.
